In this project, we successfully executed a comprehensive market research initiative to create customer personas for an upcoming campaign for Brown’s Bedding, an online bedding and home goods store. Utilizing a combination of analytics, survey questions and market research, we collected a wealth of customer data that allowed us to identify key trends and preferences. With the majority of customers expressing concerns about either cost or variety, we were able to develop two distinct personas – the Budget Buyer and the Variety Shopper – that accurately represent the target audience for the campaign. These personas have served as an essential foundation for the development of a highly effective and tailored marketing strategy.
Project Execution and Results
In this project, we successfully created customer personas for an upcoming campaign for an online bedding and home goods store, Brown’s Bedding. Using market research, analytics, and survey questions, we collected customer data and sorted it to identify common concerns.
Based on this data, we created two personas, the Budget Buyer and the Variety Shopper, and filled in demographic information for each persona. We also identified potential barriers for each persona and even added an image to represent each persona.
This project demonstrated our ability to analyze customer data, identify patterns and trends, and create effective personas for targeted campaigns.
